Large quantities of glutamine are stored in our muscles where it plays an important role in repairing and building new muscle. Heavy training can deplete our glutamine stores so a supplement may help speed recovery.

Dosage:
Serving Guide:
1 heaped teaspoon = 5g
For gut & immune health:
5g daily. Take 5g mixed into water or fruit juice, at least half an hour away from food or at bedtime.
For sports recovery:
5 to 10g daily. Take 5g mixed into drinks including protein shakes, fruit juice, squash or water.
Caution:
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
May contain traces of nuts.
