A glucosamine product to our range that is suitable for vegetarians. Glucosamine is essential for maintaining healthy cartilage, the smooth tissue that lines joints. There are no edible food sources of glucosamine, so when our bodies fail to manufacture sufficient natural glucosamine, supplementation is useful to help maintain joint mobility.
Past studies show that some people with mild to moderate osteoarthritis (OA) taking glucosamine have reported pain relief at a level similar to that of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen.
Dosage:
