VitaGuard is a lower strength multivitamin and mineral formula ideally suited to older children and teenagers. Presented in a smaller capsule, it is an ideal multi-nutrient for youngsters or adults who have difficulty swallowing larger capsules.

Vitamin C is present in a low acid form as magnesium ascorbate, which is easier on the stomach than ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is required for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body.
Pantothenic acid is essential to the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, as well as for the synthesis of hormones and cholesterol.
